Profile Koan Consulting – Is a reference in consulting services for leisure, tourism and culture, environment and development. It aspires to make its services contribute effectively to a sustainable development for the people.
It brings together a selected group of experts and external collaborators in the different branches that it develops, combining academic rigor with management ability.
The team of experts and collaborators, together with the founders, shares the concern for the usefulness and final quality of the services provided, as well as for the ethic aim in the transference
of environmental and touristic technology for the developing settlements and countries.
It encourages and broadcasts ecotourism and sustainable tourism as means to fight poverty in developing countries. Also cooperates in the encouraging of the associativism through its
support to the AEPT – Association of Spanish Tourism Professionals- and the UIPT – Union of Latin American Tourism Professionals. Likewise, it actively participates in Women Workshops and fights against children sexual exploitation in tourism,sponsored by the OMT – World Tourism Organization.
Koan offers, in addition, technical cooperation to the following Associations:
